Hotel Kavia Cancun

Spacious, comfortable, and modern rooms. the swimming pool was a great place to relax and cool off. the hotel's downtown location was perfect - close to all the action and attractions.

The reception guy working late at night was a bit cocky and not very helpful. the hotel's address was difficult to find and the staff didn't answer the phone when we called for directions.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel situated in a central area with easy access to transportation. The hotel facilities were great, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and hospitable. The best thing was the location, which was close to the local market, the ADO bus station, and a variety of food options. Additionally, the hotel offered 24-hour monitoring of the parking lot and good quality wifi.

The price was amazing, great location, daily room cleaning with fresh towels, efficient check-in process, helpful staff, variety of nearby dining options.

My recent stay at Hotel Kavia was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the price for one night was just right. The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants, shopping centers, local buses, and the ADO station, making it easy to explore all of the attractions that the city has to offer. The hotel is just across the street from a lively square where visitors can enjoy tasty local foods at various stalls in the evenings. The rooms are comfortable and offer all the amenities you'd expect from a quality establishment.

Some areas of the hotel may require a bit of renovation work to bring them up to standard.

The hotel had a great location, being close to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Plus, the hotel restaurant offered a nice breakfast and lunch menu with great prices.

The noise levels were quite high, especially during the night. We had trouble getting a good night's sleep due to the constant noise from a nearby dog and staff walking around with their communication radios.

We loved staying here! The hotel is right in center with easy access to restaurants and transportation. The staff was friendly and provided excellent room service and housekeeping. The garden area was gorgeous and we enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool. In-room amenities were top-notch with a mini-bar, in-room safe, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV. We could also easily book tours and hire a car through the hotel.

The location is perfect: 5 min ADO bus station and many busses on the Avenue to anywhere. Very good supermarket, lots of eateries nearby. 2 min interesting night market, nice church. The bed was big and comfortable, clean room. Nice staff. Wifi was good. 2 good pools, one of them on the top.

The hotel had two great pools, including a rooftop one that was perfect for some peaceful sunbathing.

The location of this hotel is excellent! It is in a good area with lots of amenities and is also close to a square where you can find stalls to eat local food. Moreover, it is conveniently located near the ADO station in the centro area. The rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is nice and the internet works properly. it offers a decent value for money.

The breakfast options are quite simple and the hotel could benefit from some maintenance, as there were issues with the shower and leakage in the bathroom.

The rooms were modern and offered great value for the price. The location was fantastic, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby and easy access to the strip via affordable taxi rides. The rooftop pool was a lovely spot to relax in. I also liked that the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist. a great hotel where you can enjoy your stay without being hassled.

Convenient location near stores, parks, and restaurants. Clean and well-maintained with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the pools and sunbathing options. On-site restaurant provided tasty and reasonably priced breakfast. Hotel had an elevator which was convenient.

Great staff, fast check-in, convenient location with lots of restaurants and local activities nearby, helpful guidance from personnel.
